ABOUT THE WINERY
A leading cooperative in the Abruzzo, Cantine Ripa Teatina was originally founded in 1969 as a cooperative between 20 families who had vineyards around the village of Spyro. Today there are over 400 members, and the focus is on the indigenous grapes of the Abruzzo: Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Passerina, and Pecorino.
