WHY WE LOVE THIS WINEBright light yellow color. The nose is intense mixing boxwood, citrus fruits and seasonal fruits. The mouth is very aromatic with flavors of grapefruit and lychee, all dominated by a beautiful freshness and fat in the finish.
ABOUT THE WINERY
The Cuvée Première is a selection of Sauvignon, grown with passion by the Berticot Winemakers. This wine expresses the typicality of the grape variety and the authenticity of a Winemaker wine. It was in 2008, and under the initiative of three winegrowers, that the organic adventure began at the Berticot cellar. A responsible organic approach that has been transmitted over the years to other winegrowers who adhere to the cellar. Whether the trigger in each winemaker is ethical, authentic, innovative or even economic, the awareness of taking care of nature is there and it is the first engine. This new dynamic offers our affected winegrowers new opportunities to share and exchange their experiences.
