WHY WE LOVE THIS WINE
Cherry-red in colour, the wine offers a sensation of ripe fruit in the mouth, combined with spices and a shooting feeling.
ABOUT THE WINERY
Harvested during first half of October. The grapes are selected from an old parcel of ungrafted Monastrell vines. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aged during 12 months in French oak barrels, and 12 months in bottle.
