WHY WE LOVE THIS WINE
Enticing nose of dark fruit, cherry and light oak aromatics. The palate is layered with juicy red fruit and ripe cherries followed by a fine tannin structure. The finish is vibrant and lengthy with a subtle spice from the oak ageing.
ABOUT THE WINERY
Made by Rita Marques and Marc Kent the Invincible Vinho Tinto Número Um is a red field blend sourced from 40+ year old vineyards grown in Portugal's Douro Valley. The composition contains Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz grapes that spend 16 Months 'elevage' in old French oak barriques.
