WHY WE LOVE THIS WINE
Biodynamic viticulture. Grapes are hand harvested and Native yeasts ferment 30% whole bunch in concrete tanks. The wine is finished with low intervention. A delightful light-bodied red. Fresh, juicy that is earthy and spicy at first but with a lovely acidity that brings you back for more.
ABOUT THE WINERY
Moving to Tuscany in 2008, Marta Sierota decided to work with the beautiful, abandoned vineyards that surrounded her new home. The estate is in the small village of Usigliano, nestled in the heart of the Pisan hills. Today it covers 17 hectares of which four are vineyards.
