ABOUT THE WINERY
Borgo Antico Nisa Prosecco is made using the Martinotti-Charmat method (the same method mentioned earlier), where the second fermentation occurs in large pressurized tanks (autoclaves) rather than in the bottle. This method helps retain the wine’s freshness, fruity character, and moderate alcohol content.
