WHY WE LOVE THIS WINE
Nice salmon pink colour with bright rosé and thin and plentiful bubbles. Sour with notes of “English candies” and exotic fruits on the nose, the palate is intense, lively and balanced mouth.
ABOUT THE WINERY
To create great champagnes, it all begins at the vineyard.
Our first action: observing, with the desire to intervene as little as possible. We do not work through systematising, but rather through case-by-case, because each vineyard is authentic. Our goal is to see our vineyard blossom, and thus enjoy the specific flavours and characteristics of each terroir.
Our vineyards are mainly located in Vallée de la Marne and Montagne de Reims. They are spread over many crus such as Villers sous Chatillon, Avenay, Val d’Or, Binson-Orquigny, Reuil, Boursault, Chatillon sur Marne, Ludes, Mareuil le Port, Oeuilly, Chavot Courcourt, Reuil, Verneuil, Festigny, Neuville sur Seine… Over a dozen towns and over sixty parcels…which are so many terroirs that give beautiful aromatic richness.
