WHY WE LOVE THIS WINE
A beautifully expressive Merlot showing the attractive flavours we associate with this grape variety. The wine has a ripe, red fruit flavour with some delicate chocolate and orange peel undertones.
ABOUT THE WINERY
Stéphanie is my wife and incidentally, the owner of the estate. The boss. She usually finds the merlot uninteresting. I wanted to prove her wrong (because it amuses me) and made this cuvée. She liked it. Me too. So I dedicated this wine to her, making both a delicate attention and a crime of lèse-majesté...
