A hazy rosé that tastes as good as it looks. Big notes of pomegranate, rhubarb, strawberry and watermelon with this one. Unfiltered, unfined and beautifully cloudy. Mouth watering acidity and a lengthy, dry finish. Organic, Biodynamic, Vegan
ABOUT THE WINERY
From vines planted to loamy chalk soils in the Altenberg, Salzberg and Rosenberg vineyeards. Spontaneous fermentatoin with ambient yeasts, no temperature control and no SO2. The wine is both matured in stainless steel and amphora.
