WHY WE LOVE THIS WINE
Intense prune, cherry and blackberry notes are complimented by vanilla and chocolate notes. Full and supple in the mouth leading to a long and rich finish.
ABOUT THE WINERY
The grapes are selected form low-yielding vineyards in the province of Verona. The grapes are carefully picked by hand at the end of September and early October. Half of the Cor vina grapes are left on the vines a further 5 weeks to concentrate the sugars and the flavours. Approximately 25-30% of the wine is aged for 12 months in American and French barriques.
